This training is designed for persons who manage, start up, and test the process interfaces of the network control system PSIcontrol. It is also recommended for persons who work in the process interface environment of network control systems and who want to acquire insight into the devices and functions as well as their handling. This training provides an overview of the process inter-face options and devices which are available in PSIcontrol.
The participants learn about the PSI process interface products (telecontrol gateway/TCG, TIG, TCG-VM, STU-TCG and variants) and their applications. In addition, they learn how to (initially) install the generated base configuration on a telecontrol gateway and how to update individual components. Furthermore, the training explains how to exchange and replace individual components and how to analyze errors and test operations with the available PSI analysis tools.
After completing the training, the participants will have comprehensive knowledge about the functionality of the above products with emphasis on the types which are installed in the own network control system. It will enable the participants to configure these products, to adapt set-tings temporarily, and to load the current data model. They will also be able to use the PSI analysis tools such as prstat, fwptool, iectool, mwzw, trace, and tcpdump.

After registration, you will receive a written confirmation with all information on the organizational procedure. The confirmation guarantees your participation in the training.
The fees for the training course include the costs for the rooms, trainers, detailed docul´mentation as well as drinks during breaks and lunch. All other costs incurred in connection with the training course are to be borne by the participant.
Cancellation policy: After confirmation of participation courses can be cancelled up to 6 weeks before the start of the course without cost. For later cancellations PSI will charge 80% of the course fees. A replacement my be named by customer.
Please note that the group request option pertains to our cross-customer training courses only. The group may comprise employees of different companies. Such training courses use the PSI standard systems and take place in Aschaffenburg or, if possible, online.
